This seven to fourteen day program is designed to help you deal with existing back problems, to help you improve your back posture, and thereby improve your energy flow and confidence. Many postural problems are caused by the hours spent each day hunched over a desk or computer at work or maybe driving a car. Course Goals
Conscious back training through breathing correctly into the exercises and accompany them with affirmations
- Looking into the cause of your back pain and learn to intensify self observation
- To receive an understanding of the flow of energy and activate the energy through points in our feet
How we reach our goals
- With a balanced mix of Kundalini, Sevananda and Acu Yoga focusing on our back
- Through relaxation where you will learn self massage techniques, exercises to relax Body, Mind and Soul and meditate in motion and

Foot Reflexology Treatment
Introductory Foot Reflexology Course where you will work with a partner to learn how to give a Foot Reflexology Massage and of course enjoy one as well. You will also learn individual self foot massage techniques to stimulate the energy flow in relation to your back problems.
About the Instructor
Sometimes life takes you along strange paths leading you back to places where you have already been. In saying so, I am delighted to be able to welcome you to St. Lucia which I called home for a long time. It makes sense to be back to teach on this beautiful island as this is where my spiritual journey to healing started.

Many years ago I was diagnosed with cancer and although the date for surgery had been set, an inner voice would not allow me to undergo the recommended surgery. Instead I became my own healer.     > more

What to Bring

All exercise equipment is provided. Please bring comfortable sports wear and a pair of closed comfortable walking shoes for the island excursions.

For those sensitive to the sun or allergy prone we recommend to bring a sun hat, and allergy sensitive sunscreen. For those that have a particularly fond relationship with island mosquitoes may wish to add some insect repellant and after bite lotion to their "To Bring" list.
