In this course various breathing techniques are combined with Hui Chung Gong, Five Tibetans and Kundalini Yoga. You start your days with some fresh brewed herb tea, breathing and yoga exercises, a light refreshment of tropical fruits and local juices, followed by a few more exercises and meditation before adjourning to a healthy and delicious lunch.

After lunch you will have some time for relaxation or to discover the island on your own. You will see that you can easily fill up your free time by relaxing under a palm tree at the beach, snorkelling with the tropical fish of the warm Caribbean Sea or take on a little excursion of your own. Our retreat co-ordinators will be more than happy to assist you with any extra curricular activities you would like to put together.

In the late afternoon classes you will practice self- massage and then dance your way into the beautiful sunsets that St. Lucia has to offer.

The package also features two excursions. For the first excursion you will be picked up via water taxi that will take you to Pigeon Island Nature Park where you will be spending the day. The day will commence with your usual classes followed by a local lunch at the authentic Jambe de Bois Restaurant followed by some free time to discover some of St. Lucia's historical landmarks, snorkel around the bay or take a little snooze under one of the striking red flowered flamboyant trees. A short hike up to Fort Rodney will provide you with a breathtaking view across Rodney Bay, the south of the island and if weather permits the island of Martinique.

Your second excursion commences after your morning breathing and stretch class where you will be accompanied by your instructor on an "island tour" to the south of the island. A scenic drive will take you through banana plantations, tropical vegetations and traditional fishing villages to the former capital of Soufriere. There you will visit the Botanical Gardens with its natural waterfall, followed by a local lunch. Before returning to the hotel you will visit the Sulphur Springs, the only Dive-In Volcano in the Caribbean. For those that dare, they can take delight in covering themselves in the warm sulphur mud, reputed for its cleansing and youthful properties. After a refreshing dip in the sea, and a brief meditation between the tranquil and serene atmosphere of the Pitons you will be taken back to the hotel.

A welcome and farewell dinner is included in the package which leaves the other nights open for you to experience local and international cuisine in one of the many restaurants within walking distance from your hotel.
