YG 102: Stress Management
Learn to live a healthier life with Sri-Devi's Techniques
Living with stress does not have to be a way or a part of your life. Take part in this course and learn how to manage your stress with techniques that Astrid will help you to adapt to suit your individualized stress level and needs. 

Enjoy a tranquil retreat with Astrid Sri-Devi within the beautiful tropical Caribbean setting provided at the exclusive Cotton Bay Village Beach Resort, where you can relax and regain your peace of mind with a 2 week workshop comprised of various elements of Stress Management such as conscious breathing, Kundalini Yoga, Hui Chung Gong, and 5 Tibetans.

In this course various breathing techniques are combined with Hui Chung Gong, Five Tibetans and Kundalini Yoga. You start your days with some fresh brewed herb tea, breathing and yoga exercises, a light refreshment of tropical fruits and local juices, followed by a few more exercises and meditation before adjourning to a healthy and delicious lunch.     > more

About the Instructor
REJUVENATION THROUGH STRESS MANAGEMENT
Sometimes life takes you along strange paths leading you back to places where you have already been. In saying so, I am delighted to be able to welcome you to St. Lucia which I called home for a long time. It makes sense to be back to teach on this beautiful island as this is where my spiritual journey to healing started.

Many years ago I was diagnosed with cancer and although the date for surgery had been set, an inner voice would not allow me to undergo the recommended surgery. Instead I became my own healer.

What to Bring

All exercise equipment is provided. Please bring comfortable sports wear and a pair of closed comfortable walking shoes for the island excursions.

For those sensitive to the sun or allergy prone we recommend to bring a sun hat, and allergy sensitive sunscreen. For those that have a particularly fond relationship with island mosquitoes may wish to add some insect repellant and after bite lotion to their "To Bring" list.
