What to Bring
A pair of closed comfortable walking shoes, a sun hat, protective sunscreen, a camera, a dash of humour, and a sense of adventure is all that you will need to have a great time in St. Lucia.
For those that have a particularly fond relationship with island mosquitoes may wish to add some insect repellant and after bite lotion to their "To Bring" list.
For the ladies signing up to this Adventure Holiday we also recommend to bring a pair of comfortable shorts which you will be grateful for as you Zip Line through the Forest Tree Tops.
