Upon arrival in St. Lucia you will be met at the airport and transferred to the hotel of your choice. You will be provided with an information package which includes an introduction to the holiday itinerary and information about St. Lucia and your surroundings. For the rest of the evening you have time to unpack, relax and discover your hotel amenities.
The next morning after a light breakfast you will meet your Personal Trainer who will introduce you to the weeks’ itinerary, provide an overview of the exercise classes that will take place and talk to you about any personal fitness issues or requirements that you have.
You will also receive information about the island tours that you will be taking part in and the spa treatments which are included in this holiday package.
A Special Welcome Dinner will take place on the evening of the first day, where you can enjoy the Chef’s culinary delights along with the local cocktails of the day.
Have no fear, we have incorporated some free time into the program during which you can read a book, or take a little snooze under one of the palm trees on the beach.
The island tours will be a trip to Soufriere to experience the Sulphur Springs rejuvenating mud bath, Botanical Gardens and Waterfalls. Also a sunset cruise to Anse La Raye to enjoy a local fish festival whilst enjoying the local rum.
The two Spa treatments are complimentary and can be booked at the Cotton Bay Resort Spa which is called Heaven, at a time which suits you. If you are feeling active, additional tours and shopping excursions can be booked via your Tropical Holiday Shop representative.
In your free time you can relax, unwind and enjoy the Cotton Bay Village and Spa accommodation.
